📋 30-Day Return Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a standard return:

• The item must be in the same condition as received (Brand New or Certified Open Box as ordered).
• It must be in its original packaging with all original accessories and user manuals.
• Proof of purchase (Order number or invoice) is required.

🔄 Exchanges for Defective Items

We replace items promptly if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us on WhatsApp or email, and we will arrange the exchange.

💳 Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Midrand facility, we will notify you immediately. Approved refunds are processed promptly to your original method of payment (Paystack card or instant EFT bank transfer).
